Herbal Ginger Tea (kawa) for Cold and Flu

No need to worry, for all these ailments I will show you how to make the perfect ginger tea So you can avoid bitter medicine, treatments and get well soon So without any further ado, lets go to the step by step process To make this ginger tea the ingredients we need are as follows 1 tsp loose green tea 1 tsp dry mint powder slightly cracked 2 cardamoms 1 and a half tsp sugar (adjust according to taste) 2 cloves 1 black large cardamom 1 tsp ajwain seeds 1 small piece ginger half tsp liquorice powder 1 and a half tsp fennel seeds and 1 cup of water now lets go to the preparation of this tea first add the cup of water in a small pot let the water heat a little for about 7 seconds then we add all of the ingredients this is a very good remedy especially during winter time this can also be given to kids its ideal for runny nose, sore throat and cough now we’ll add all of the ingredients add them altogether then cook it all for about 5 minutes till the water changes colour let it boil for 5 minutes on medium heat and then take it off heat now 5 minutes have passed turn off the burner our recipe is now ready add the mixture to a cup serve while its hot and use a sieve to capture bits there will be a little less water in cup due to some of it being evaporated whilst boiling so there you have it, todays homemade remedy for cold and flu symptoms like sore throat, runny nose, tonsils, temperature if you liked this video please like, subscribe and share it and also leave a comment and let me know how you found this tea bye
