7 Best Herbs for Kidney Cleansing

Your kidneys are organs that are shaped like
a bean. They are located at the backside of your abdomen. They provide your body with
very important functions. Particularly, they are primarily responsible
for filtering waste and toxins from your bloodstream. They also release important hormones into
your body: erythropoietin, renin, and calcitriol. Those hormones are extremely important to
your overall health. Your kidneys are constantly working, along with your other organs, in
order to keep your blood pressure under control, produce red blood cells and to create Vitamin
D. Kidneys are organs that essentially cleanse
themselves. However, to help them do this, you must drink enough fluids and remain hydrated. You can also help to achieve this by eating
certain fruits and vegetables, as well as drinking water. When your kidneys cleanse themselves, they
are not only removing toxins from your body, but also help to keep your blood pressure
under control, help the function of your urinary tract and help the function of your bladder. If you are feeling symptoms of kidney trouble,
you may need some extra help in cleansing your kidneys. These symptoms can include: feeling fatigued,
feeling moody, feeling pain in your kidneys after eating, eczema of the skin, feeling
boated, sudden weight gain, kidney stones, or urinary tract infections. You can help your kidneys along by maintaining
a healthy diet and exercise regime. It is essential that you keep your body hydrated,
as well. However, if you feel that you need a little
extra help in cleansing your kidneys, you can turn to some herbs. It is important that
you consult your doctor before adding any herbs into your daily regime. They may not
be suitable for those with pre-existing kidney disease, or other medical conditions. The
herbs may also interact with certain medications. Here is a list of the top “super herbs”

  2. We have to absorb the new knowledge. Sea salt is the best kidney cleanser and the only substance that will help to cleanse the kidney on the cellular level. Please read this article https://darkovelcek.wordpress.com/2017/02/27/is-there-a-relation-between-hypertension-and-kidney-insufficiency/
Utilizing medicinal plants like the ginger, turmeric, garlic, celery…are all considered as toxic by the cellular structure and this is why the body will eliminate them as soon as possible. This is why they are diuretics. They prevent cellular osmosis and in this way they prevent cellular hydration of kidneys. No recovery or deep cleansing is possible. Love and light

  3. My blood pressure is 80/40 even with taking meds to raise – as it was lower, and I also have primary adrenal insufficiency and take prednisone and fludrocortizone. I have been getting urinary tract infections from an ongoing prostate infection. I think I will try one of these, as it really can't make things worse.

  5. For those who want Marshmallow root in Bharat, the desi name is "Khatmi" and in Ayurved it's called "Gulkairo" (Sanskrut). Had a lot of trouble finding it before learning about these desi names. Marshmallow confectionery is very difficult to find but roots/leaves can be found in most of the genuine Ayurvedic gardens/nurseries. But most easily available kidney cleanser in Bharat is called "Patthar-chatta", it's a wonder herb and it's very easily found everywhere.

"Kalanchoe Pinnata or Patharchatta is a succulent perennial medicinal herb which is found almost throughout India. It is used as a folk medicine in India, tropical Africa, tropical America, China, and Australia. The leaves are used both externally and internally. They have diuretic, wound healing, hepatoprotective, antimicrobial, antihypertensive and anti-inflammatory activities and are beneficial in urinary bladder and kidney stones, intestinal problem, ulcers, arthritis, inflammation, conjunctivitis, menstrual disorders, migraine, urethritis, wound, dysentery, ulcers, indigestion etc."

This Patthar chatta is very very effective in breaking down large kidney stones and dissolving the smaller ones. If u don't want the surgery, just boil patthar chatta leaves, filter the juice and consume it daily. It also heals the internal wounds and discomfort/sharp pain caused by kidney stones. I know this becoz i've had 2 kidney stone surgeries in the past but now they haven't re appeared in the last 3 years, after i started drinking patthar chatta extracts. You can grow it in a pot though it does not grow from a seed. The procedure is there online.
